PEPM Group is a growing Tulsa, OK based engineering, drafting, 2D & 3D modeling, and project management company.



This is a full-time on-site role for an office administrator located in Tulsa, OK. The office administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, entering information into databases. Assist in creating reports and monthly newsletters. Document control and submittals. Processing accounts receivable and payable, invoices and purchase orders. Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations. Performing general office duties and errands and other duties assigned. Delivering excellent customer service.



  • Administrative assistance and office administration skills

  • Familiarity with office equipment - copy, fax, print, scan, etc.

  • Effective professional communication and customer service skills

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other office software programs

  • Prior experience in office administration or related field

  • Associate Degree

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Continuously improve through feedback
