Our growing engineering firm has an open position for a full-time administrative assistant/office manager.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Monitoring and recording financial transactions and reports.
Processing accounts receivable and payable, invoices, and purchase orders.
Creating, reviewing, and revising reports. Create monthly newsletters.
Website maintenance. Coordinating events as necessary.
Document control and submittals
Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations
Handling incoming calls and other communications professionally.
Performing general office duties and errands and other duties assigned.
Bachelor's or Associate degree is required
Outstanding computer skills with the ability to apply knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), current Word, Excel, and Adobe knowledge and experience are required.
Experience in creating reports and applications is a must. Some accounting experience or knowledge is required.
Must be detailed and thorough, and client-oriented, continuously improve through feedback.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job duties on time and in good quality and maintaining confidential information.
Support the needs of the office staff, ability to learn and follow the existing office admin systems, ability to follow the instructions, establish and maintain an effective working relationship with clients and co-workers.
Minimum 3 years previous continuous office administrative experiences are required. Self-starter and self-motivated while requiring limited supervision.
Punctual, on time, and reliable.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Large office area, each is working in an individual office, not a cubicle.
